1.Filling up one post of Training Associate (Rs.5500-175-9000) Group 'B; (Non-Gazetted) in the institute of Secretariat Training and Management, New Delhi on deputation basis. Services of suitable officers holding analogous post on regular basis or 5 years regular service in the post in the pay scale of Rs.5000-150-8000 or equivalent are required for appointment to one post of Training Associate in the scale of Rs.5500-175-9000 (Group 'B' Non-Gazetted) in this Institute on transfer on deputation basis. The terms and conditions of appointment will be in accordance with the Department of Personnel & Training O.M. No. 2/29/91-Estt. (Pay-II) dated 05-01-94.
