Institute of Liver & Biliary Sciences (ILBS) is an autonomous institution registered as a society under the Registration of Societies Act, 1860 with the avowed objective of developing a facility of international standard at Sector D-1, Vasant Kunj, New Delhi. It will provide for a comprehensive and modern set up for management, research and advanced training in liver and biliary diseases. The professionally managed and self-sustaining teaching hospital shall provide medical care at par with the best known in the world. It shall act as a centre of excellence, by amalgamating the academic skills of universities, clinical acumen of the super specialists and the managerial skills of the corporate world. The hospital is in the advance stage of construction and is expected to be commissioned shortly.
