Registration of Students with Scholastic Aptitudes (ROSSA)
Eligibility: Scholars, with 1st Class B.E. / B.Tech in Engineering or post Graduation in science subjects including Psychology or Medical Science, who have been awarded Ph.D. in the year 2006 or likely to be awarded Ph.D. degree before 30 Sep 2007.
Subject / Disciplines: Engineering/ Medical / Life Science / Basic Sciences with area of research having direct interest / relevance to DRDO.
Age: Not exceeding 35 years of age as on 30th Sep 2007 .
Post / Scale of Pay: Scientist ‘C’, in the scale of Rs.10,000-15,200 plus amount equivalent to two increments and allowances & facilities as applicable to Central Govt. Employee i.e. LTC, medical, advance (car, house building & PC), personnel update allowance, group Insurance etc.
